  Join us for our final winter training block before heading out on the water for the spring rowing season.

  We meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at GWC for coached indoor rowing and strength training. Our saturday sessions are held at the PIRC for indoor rowing and rowing tank form work.

  Join Coach Jeff Swing and The GWC Competitive Masters Team for the start of the 2019 spring season.

  We meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at GWC as well as Saturday Mornings at GWC.  Our goal in the competitive masters program is to prepare for a spring and summer racing circuit that will see us competing around the state and abroad.

  Tuesday 6 - 8PM @ GWC (5:30 - 7:30 if light is an issue)

  Thursday 6 - 8PM @ GWC (5:30 - 7:30 if light is an issue)
