Rowing: Winter Training Session
Join us for winter training at GWC! Classes will take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 6-7:30 pm at our Elmwood Ave. Boathouse starting on December 1st 2025 and continuing through April 3rd 2026 (please note, there will be no classes on the weeks of December 22nd & 29th).
This year we have three pricing options. Please select the option that works best for you from the drop down menu and continue to your cart to pay by card. If you wish to pay by check, please plan to bring your payment on the first class you attend.
Pricing Option #1: Full Session for $300.00
This one time session payment provides access to all Mondays and Thursday dates between December 1- April 3rd. This option is a huge savings over the other options. If you plan to attend most this is the most economical option! Pay now and then come as often as you are available.
Pricing Option #2: Half Session for $180.00
This option will provide access to ½ of classes. This could be either attending one time per week, or attending only the first or second half (15 classes) of the session.
Pricing Option #3: Single Class for $20
Can only commit to a drop in single class occasionally? No problem, please select the single class and be sure to pay prior to attending.
Training will include erging, weights and mobility work, stretching and other opportunities for movement and building fitness, flexibility, and strength. Don’t miss this opportunity!
All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather and/or participation levels. Any cancellations will be communicated as early as possible to all session pass-holders.
